Replacement Lightning canopy set for the 1/32 Echelon vacform. This is a canopy set developed from the kit vacform canopy, many of the ones that were produced have yellowed. This was a really trick canopy set to develop, I may have tackled it slightly differently in hind sight, but I think I do now have a canopy set that can be used to complete your vacform Lightning. The clear resin parts will and can be adjusted by using the warm to hot water technique to adjust the fit to your kit. As much as I tried to get a good fit, I was using a borrowed kit supplied by the first guy that asked for the canopy to be done, thanks to Rick Godden. Now with the nature of a vacform each one will be slightly different and every modeller will prepare their one slightly differently, however if you are building this vacform I know you will have the skills to get the canopy to work with the kit. Note 3D printed parts are included, a canopy liner which has hinges included, and some internal detail (that is why two are used in the picture, you will only get one) two mirrors a four internal canopy lock systems, spare are provided for these parts. An external mask set is also included. Remove from the casting stubs with sharp fine, razor saw, sharp blade scribing, or a cutting disc on a rotary tool. When attaching to the fuselage, even when using super glue the parts will not bloom like plastic parts. However still do take care.
