This is a set of parts that will enable a T2 or a T.5 Fairey Gannet to be built using the Airfix AS.1 /AS.4 kit.

The conversion set includes both resin cast parts and a few smaller 3D printed parts. 

Finding the details for this conversion has proved challenging and after a lot of searching and thinking I believe I have come up with a reasonable set that will surely make the Gannet look and feel like the training versions. The only major cut and change to the kit is removing the port side section from the fuselage to allow for the new resin part to be fitted. 

As for decals I do hope to produce one or two options in the next few months, however I have on good authority that the Xtradecal (X48237) this has both a Royal Navy option and a Royal Australian Navy option set will soon be restocked by Hannants
